Warranty Terms and Condition

GENERAL TERMS:

Our commitment to quality stands firm: the warranty outlined herein represents the entirety of our pledge to you. For any warranty to take effect, payment in full for the item in question must be received by Green Eagle Golf. It is imperative to note that any dispute regarding payment, such as a contested credit card charge, which results in Green Eagle Golf not receiving full payment, will render the warranty null and void.

Our obligation regarding warranty claims is limited strictly to repair and replacement. However, it is important to understand that we do not assume liability for any loss of use of your product or property damage stemming from the operation or failure of your golf trolley, battery, charger, or any associated components. Similarly, we disclaim responsibility for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from performance or non-performance under this agreement, or from the provision, execution, or utilization of any goods or services sold pursuant hereto. Such damages may include but are not limited to those resulting from breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, misuse, or alteration of the product. It is expressly understood that neither party—neither you nor Green Eagle Golf—shall be held liable for indirect or punitive damages, nor for any claims brought by third parties, except as explicitly stipulated herein.

Please be advised that this warranty exclusively applies to original Green Eagle Golf products acquired within the United States from either Green Eagle Golf directly or an authorized distributor. Any expenses incurred, including shipping costs and any associated duties or taxes, related to the shipment of replacement parts or the return of caddies for repair, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Green Eagle Golf retains the right to amend its warranty terms at its discretion, with or without prior notice.

At Green Eagle Golf, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Our warranty covers any defects in material and workmanship resulting from normal, personal use in accordance with the owner’s manual.
